30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Artefact for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we'll issue a full refund. No forms, no justification required, no hard feelings. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
What's covered
- All paid plans — Core and Pro, monthly and annual.
- First-time purchases and renewals.
- Annual plans: you can request a refund within 30 days of any payment, including renewal payments.
- Upgrades: if you upgrade and aren't happy with the higher plan, we'll refund the difference.
What's not covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after a payment.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- The free plan (there's nothing to refund).
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request". Include the email address on your account and we'll process it promptly — usually within one business day.
You don't need to explain why. But if you'd like to share what didn't work for you, we genuinely appreciate the feedback — it helps us build a better product.
How long does it take?
We process refunds within 1 business day of receiving your request. Once processed, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no control over that timeline once our end is done.
What happens to my site after a refund?
Your account is downgraded to the free plan. Your site stays live on its artefact.bz link — nothing is deleted. If you had a custom domain, it will stop working (custom domains require Core or Pro), but you can reconnect it if you re-subscribe. All your content is preserved.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We don't charge cancellation fees.
